Job Description:

Responsible for all activities of Human Resource Management like HR Administration, Recruitment, Wage & Salary Administration, Compliance with Industrial & Labour Laws - Central and State, Performance Appraisal, Grievance Handling, Buyer's and client’s compliance.

Candidates from garment industry experience in training will be preferred but not mandatory. Developing / implementing new recruitment /selection policies as per staffing requirements. Keeping track records of promotions, transfers, and terminations .Administering performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.


To involve in recruitment & training. To keep track of Time Office activities, salary preparation, complying with regulatory authorities. To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on HR front aspects & maintain relevant records/files on buyer compliance. Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit. Administering salaries of employees for every month. Administering vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Manpower budgeting, sourcing for both Training and the HR vertical. 'Improve upon the recruitment process for higher efficiency and effectiveness. .Working towards revenue generation and profit accountability by making HR vertical actively participate in it.
